I am in a group organizing for a Breast Cancer Awareness Symposium in my area. I found ThePenGuy.com and they had this souvenir pens called the Hope pen which is very appropriate and matches exactly what we need as our group company pen. It makes a great giveaway because it is pink and it portrays the right amount of sensitivity for those who lost their loved ones to breast cancer and those who are going through it. We want the symposium to end in a hearty, light-mannered way so as our parting gift to our participants we want to bequeath upon them little pink pens with hopeful messages to end the event well.
When I saw this logo pen, I immediately wanted to purchase it because it was simply perfect. It was a friend who recommended the site to me; she gave me a link of the product and told me to check it out. So I did and I had the giveaway ideas crossed out of the bucket list. I am so glad that the website was made so efficiently that every instruction was made so simple and with a few clicks I only had to wait for order confirmation and the rest was history.
We just received the package yesterday and the timing was impeccable because I received the package implicitly on the day that the email said it would come, so cheers for the refreshing honesty and good service! I didn't open and see the package until now and now that I saw it, I knew I had to write this testimonial to express my gratitude.
In the package, we bulk ordered 500 pens; in each and every one of them was the most flawless, prettiest, tiny cursive inscription that I specified in the order. When I say flawless, I meant that there were no misprint of any kind, everything was super neat and the inscriptions were in the right place. In the last company that we ordered from, due to the massive bulk of our orders, the pens we ordered and received were not very well done, there were smudges and misprints in almost a third of the whole order so we were very sad and disappointed because we didn't get what we paid for and the money we worked so hard to raise was not put to good use. We couldn't give away those ugly misprinted pens because they weren't neat and presentable and the last thing that we want to do is disappoint our participants. We don’t want to risk anything so we chose not to give away the damaged ones even if we only had two thirds of the original number and the pens were lacking.
Thepenguy.com website was such a huge help, I mean everything was just transacted online and we didn't even have to follow up and yet they gave us epic quality service that exceeded our expectations. From now on we shall entrust our marketing pens to them and in the future. Thank you for being such a big help, Gary; you have earned a loyal customer!
